We’re always interested in meeting thoughtful Pilates instructors who may be a good fit for The Guild. Comprehensive certification and prior teaching experience are preferred, but we also welcome Reformer-certified instructors, newly certified teachers, and teacher-training students who demonstrate strong knowledge and a confident teaching audition.

Our studio offers small-group Reformer classes, with no more than eight clients, as well as private and semi-private sessions. We value intelligent movement, professionalism, genuine connection, and teaching that makes every client feel welcome.

If you’ve felt the pull to turn your love of Pilates into a career, our Teacher Training Program can help you take that next step.

The Guild hosts a 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification led by The Pilates Team. The program emphasizes classical principles with modern applications, equipping you to teach confidently and effectively in any setting.

Our Training Focuses On:

  • Deep understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics

  • Mastery of Pilates mat and apparatus repertoire

  • Clear, compassionate communication and teaching skills

  • Hands-on guidance and mentorship from experienced faculty

The Pilates Team is listed on the NPCP School Directory as a Verified Program, confirming that our teacher training meets the eligibility requirements for graduates to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) exam(s). We encourage all of our graduates to complete the Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) credential upon completion of the program.
